- Monthly Rate:
  - Early Childhood: $100.00 / child
  - Grade K–12: $125.00 / child

Sibling Discount Families with more than one child receive a $25.00 monthly discount for the second child and each subsequent sibling. This discount is applied directly against the family's highest rate(s).

Community Service Discounts: VCLC offers a $25.00 monthly discount per eligible designation for active or retired licensed K–12 Teachers, active-duty Military Personnel, honorably discharged Veterans, and active First Responders (Police, Career/Volunteer Firefighters, EMTs/Paramedics).

The Village Cooperative Learning Center (VCLC, LLC) serves as the administrative engine and operational backbone of our homeschooling community. We provide the physical infrastructure, safety protocols, and daily framework that allow member families to collaborate naturally and educate their children together.

Your monthly tuition directly funds:

Facility Access & Operational Maintenance: Securing safe, bright, fully equipped learning spaces, outdoor recreation grounds, utility overhead, and custodial coordination at our host facilities throughout the academic year.
Comprehensive Materials & Consumables: Direct access to quality art supplies, science equipment, manipulatives, and daily project materials—ensuring transparent costs with zero hidden supply fees during the program year.
Administrative Guidance & Facilitation Support: Full operational management, including master schedule coordination, background check administration, emergency response readiness, and organizational assistance to help parents easily coordinate enrichment activities.
Specialized Guest Instructors & Workshops: Funding external subject-matter experts, guest artisans, and specialized facilitators brought in to lead select workshops and enrichment demonstrations.
Parent Comfort & Facility Amenities: Supporting our community footprint within our host sites, giving parents access to comfortable on-site lounge areas with seating, Wi-Fi, and a complimentary coffee and tea station. Whether you need to plug in a laptop for remote work, read, or connect with fellow homeschoolers, our community hub offers a welcoming base during the day.
