1-Day/Week Program:

- Registration Fee: $225.00 / child (Includes startup materials and June’s tuition)
- Monthly Tuition (1-Day):
  - Early Childhood: $100.00 / child
  - Grade K–6: $125.00 / child
  - Grade 7–12: $148.00 / child

2-Day/Week Program:

- Registration Fee: $325.00 / child (Includes startup materials and June's tuition)
- Monthly Tuition (2-Day):
  - Early Childhood: $150.00 / child
  - Grade K–6: $250.00 / child
  - Grade 7–12: $295.00 / child

2. Sibling Discount Families enrolling more than one child receive a $25.00 monthly discount for the second child and each subsequent sibling. This discount is applied directly against the family's highest tuition rate.

3. Payment Methods & Processing Tuition payments are accepted via Check (payable to VCLC LLC) or Venmo. If paying via Venmo with the Goods & Services toggle enabled, the family is responsible for adding the 2% vendor coverage fee to the payment total.

4. Net Operating Surplus & Parent-Teacher Incentives Once the co-op reaches its annual net operating cost to cover facility reserves and administrative expenses for the following school year, excess revenue will be allocated toward financial incentives and stipends for active parent-teachers.

The Village Cooperative Learning Center operates as a homeschool learning cooperative. By having parents remain on-site and rotate as volunteer teachers, we drastically reduce traditional overhead costs like heavy liability insurance and teacher salaries.

Your tuition goes directly toward:

High-Quality Supplies: All learning materials and class supplies are fully covered and factored into your monthly costs—meaning there are zero extra hidden program fees throughout the school year.
Professional Oversight & Training: Your fees cover teacher orientation, ongoing reflective training for volunteer parents, and lesson curriculum outlines provided by a NYS Certified Teacher. It also includes individualized quarterly student progress reports.
Specialized Instruction: For older students, tuition covers the cost of contracting specialized outside educators for advanced courses, such as Middle and High School math and science.
The Facility & Utilities: Keeping our learning spaces bright, safe, operational, and well-maintained throughout the year.
The WFH Parent Lounge & Workspace: Your tuition fully supports a dedicated co-working space geared toward work-from-home parents. During your teaching or prep breaks, you can plug in your laptop and stay productive, or relax on our comfortable couches while enjoying a complimentary coffee and tea bar.
